El Horno de San Juan is a well-known restaurant in the area that in the last 15 years has known how to combine traditional Castilian cuisine with the latest quality gastronomic trends.

You cannot leave the hotel without trying the typical dish in Burgos known locally as morcilla, chorizo and peppers , followed by our traditional dish of tender young lamb roasted in a wood oven served alongside a green salad or “Horno de San Juan style” hake with lobster . All of it accompanied by a good Rioja or Ribera del Duero wine from our well-stocked wine cellars.
